The Perfect Soma massage therapists that are accepting appointments at 122 Chiropractic include Karolina, Alex, and LaToya. They offer the following services: Structural Bodywork (60 minute) or Full Body Massage (60 minute).  Details are as follows:

Structural Bodywork (60 minute): A specialized therapy aimed at correcting imbalances within the body's musculoskeletal system, primarily focusing on alignment and functional integrity. Through a combination of deep tissue techniques and targeted manipulations, it addresses the body's posture, structural alignment and causes of pain and stiffness. An integral part of this therapeutic approach is the postural assessment, wherein the therapist evaluates the client's posture and movement patterns to identify areas of tension, misalignment, or dysfunction. This assessment informs the custom-tailored treatment plan, ensuring that the therapy is both effective and individualized. Techniques used may include myofascial release (a technique that creates a deep stretch in the tissue to free chronic tension from the body), NMT (is a deep tissue method with a precise focus on muscle bellies and tendons), stretching, cupping and IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Manipulation, tools to scrape and mobilize adhered tissue).

Price: $100

Full Body Massage (60 minute): A full body relaxing massage is a holistic therapy that encompasses the entire body, gently soothing away stresses and strains, promoting deep relaxation and rejuvenation. Complementing this indulgent experience is a lavender scalp massage. The aromatic essence of lavender, renowned for its calming and therapeutic properties, is gently massaged into the scalp. This not only promotes relaxation but also nourishes the hair and soothes the mind. Together, this full body and lavender scalp massage offers a tranquil escape, leaving one feeling profoundly refreshed and serene.
